Frequently asked questions

How do I connect QuickBooks?
Go to Settings → QuickBooks and click "Connect QuickBooks". You'll be redirected to Intuit to authorise access. Once connected, Fieldpaid will sync your item list automatically.
Why are some line items showing in amber?
Amber items could not be matched to your QuickBooks item list or fallback catalog. You need to either assign a price manually or sync your QB item list. A quote cannot be sent until all items have a price.
Why isn't my QuickBooks item list showing updated prices?
Fieldpaid caches your QB item list for 24 hours. Go to Settings → QuickBooks and tap "Sync now" to force a fresh sync.
How do automatic payment reminders work?
When you send an invoice, Fieldpaid automatically schedules three reminders: one day before the due date, on the due date, and seven days after. They are sent from your business name via email. You can cancel pending reminders from the invoice screen.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.
How do I import my price catalog?
Forward a supplier invoice PDF or email to your unique import address shown in Settings → Price Catalog. Fieldpaid will extract the line items automatically and add them to your fallback catalog.
Can I use Fieldpaid without QuickBooks?
The quote builder requires a QuickBooks item list as its pricing source. You can add fallback items manually to your catalog, but the full quoting workflow is designed for contractors who already use QuickBooks.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Only you can access your own records. We do not sell your data to third parties.
