End-User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Fieldpaid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes as a trade contractor. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service.

2. QuickBooks Integration

Fieldpaid integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize Fieldpaid to read your QuickBooks item list and push invoices on your behalf. Fieldpaid does not modify, delete, or store your QuickBooks credentials. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Settings. Disconnecting will disable quoting and invoice sync until reconnected.

3. Beta Access

Fieldpaid is currently in beta. Access requires a beta invite code. Beta features are provided as-is without warranty and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. No payment is required during the beta period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of job data, quotes, and invoices you create using Fieldpaid.

5. Data and Privacy

Fieldpaid stores job records, invoice data, quote history, and actuals to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security. Automated payment reminders are sent via Resend on your behalf at day 7, 14, and 30 after invoice creation. 6. Payment and Billing

Fieldpaid will offer paid subscription plans after the beta period ends. When billing activates, you will be notified in advance and must opt in. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including all software, design, and content — remain exclusively with Fieldpaid. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FIELDPAID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDPAID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FIELDPAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

Fieldpaid may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tampa, Florida.
